What are the Documented Uses for Sleep Essence? Sleep aid, unwind before bed time and supporting healthy sleep cycles*.

How Do I Use It?

Take one to two capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bed.

Can this Product be Used for Animals? Possibly but more than likely would not use it. Not suitable for cats. Consult your vet first.

Note About Animals: Certain oils can be very toxic to cats that are not therapeutic grade. Citrus products and oils in particular. Please consult your vet if you are not sure about applying any essential oil to your pet.
