How Do I Use Super D?

Take 1-2 tablets daily with food. Dissolve in mouth for 5-10 seconds, then chew for optimal results. ONE TABLET IS 25 mcg or 1000 IU. International Units (IU) are being converted to mcg or micrograms.

Can this be Given to Animals? Coming soon! My initial thought is I would cautious with dogs and cats more so for the "other ingredients". All my animal clients take Vitamin D along with A and K; however, they are limited ingredient products and are sourced from cod oil.

Note About Animals: Certain oils can be very toxic to cats especially if the quality of the oil is not pure. Citrus products and oils in particular when not therapeutic grade. Please consult your vet if you are not sure about applying any essential oil to your pet or giving an essential oil supplement to your pet.

What are the Safety Precautions?

• Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
• This product contains lichen. A very small part of the population may have sensitivities to lichens.
• Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin therefore, excess Vitamin D will be stored by the body. Most people are deficient in Vitamin D and this is normally not an issue when taken as directed.
