There are several natural ingredients as well as three essential oils in MightyZymes.

The natural ingredients include:

• Calcium carbonate
  
• Folate (as folic acid)
  
• Protease 3, 4.5 and 6 - enzymes
  
• Amylase enzymes which digests starch, carbohydrates and sugars*.
• Cellulase enzyme – This enzyme helps to digest plant material*.
• Lipase – Enzyme which helps to digest fat.
• Pepitidase – Helps to break down proteins into amino acids. Form of protease*.
• Phytase – Catalyzes Phytic acid which is found in foods containing phosphorous including grains and oil seeds.
• Bromelain 600   A plant derived enzyme coming from pineapple stems

What are the Documented Uses for MightyZymes Childrens Supplement?  Address digestive needs of growing bodies. Supports normal digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats*.

How Do I Use MightyZymes Childrens Chewable Digestive Enzymes Supplement?

Children two through twelve chew one tablet with each meal up to three per are allowed. Take with meals to assist with digestion, especially meals high in protein. Take in between meals to improve the body’s overall enzyme activity.

Can this Product be Used for Animals?  Yes, love these enzymes for animals! Some animals may just eat it right up without putting it in food. Birds up to ¼ tablet per meal. Cats and small dogs ¼ to ½ tablet per meal. Medium and large dogs 1 to 4 tablets per meal.

Personally, I would use Essentialzymes for horses.

Note About Animals: Certain oils can be very toxic to cats especially when poor quality oils are used. Citrus products and oils in particular that are not of therapeutic grade.  Please consult your vet if you are not sure about applying any essential oil to your pet.
